文学创作营 @ Gold Course Hotel, Klang

《把文学的鞋带系上》
 80多位参赛者，10多位老师
原以为会有很多约束，但是我们还是能一起疯狂
除了一开始的ice-breaking以外，其他都是讲座。
闷死了 :pp

第一晚，讲师们就给我们出了道难题
隔天8am前提交一篇散文或诗歌
听到这消息的我们，简直就快崩溃了
以为熬过一整天的讲座后能好好休息
谁知却为了这诗歌而熬夜 :/

人家常说，文字会拉近人与人之间的感情
的确
一群为了文字而聚在一起的朋友，
很快就认识了彼此
并像疯子般度过了一夜
看到了彼此不曾看过的一面 x)
感谢这次的文学营
让我认识了很多人
也更深一层的人是某些人
雯琼、嘉欣、丽燕、蓓恩、松龄、永欣、嘉雯、宇航
他们实在是太可爱了 ! ♥

Summer Night @ Holiday Villa, Subang

have been really excited for this event
coz this year,
I knew it will be different (:

reached there at 1.30pm with wanxuan
and met ziheng jiachi
helped the committees out with some of the work x)

and then wait wait wait.
finally, 6.30 pm !
many of them reached
and event starts.

the form 4s were being crazy as usual
shouting at the top of our lungs
cheering for every performances.
laughing together.
taking photographs.
doing everything.
together.

I am glad to have such awesome bunch of prefects
staying with me whenever I need them
and cheer me up whenever I'm down

Went to soup kitchen with awesome prefects today :D

wanxuan. yeyun. huangyu. chiewtheng. chiutheng. eunice. chiayee. hongliang. wanyi.

reached there around 9. briefing and then START WORK ! (Y)

okay so first, me, wanxuan and hongliang wash cabbage x)

and then lehh, blend garlic, chop mushrooms and lots lots more.

hai you ar, first time helped to cook for 300++ people, the wok was so so huge xD

but the main cook for the day is—hongliang :D

he has some hidden talent in cooking :p

after lots of hard work, and now, 1130am, is the time for serving.

wanxuan, yun, huangyu and me served for the first session.

always wanted to serve people, cause that feeling is great (:

so, I’m in charge of the chicken (Y)

although it seems like an easy job, but it really require us to listen to them and of course SMILE :DD

始终，笑容是一个人最好的化妆品。

and later we switch duty and I tried ‘working’ in other departments , which is the back kitchen and the so-called front kitchen x)

owh, a special thing for our batch here is, we have durians ! :DD

so I helped to open durians too.

after hours of serving, cooking, wiping and blah blah.

finally it’s our lunch time.

everything taste nice after a day hard work, and most important is because, that’s done by ourselves.

在一起吃东西，享受汗水换来的食物，那心情是美好的。

after that we did a thorough cleaning.

they said that it had been a long time since they clean those carpets mats all those xD

but good time flies twice faster.

it’s time to leave after we took group photo.

but we had a really great time in the van (:

thanks to our rose among the thorns—hongliang x)

telling lame jokes and no-ending stories xD

I bet we’ll never forget that time. we laughed like mad people.

说实话，这次的体验让我学到了很多。

去到那里，看到的工作人员都是中年或老年人。

但他们个个老当益壮，做起事来绝对不亚于我们。

非常敬佩那群老人家，他们把余生的岁月都奉献于此。

默默的劳动，但它们的辛劳又有谁会看到呢？

对于他们的付出和贡献，真的感到非常感动。

这一大把年纪了，应是时候休息的。

可是他们却为社会一些比他们更需要帮助的人着想。

只求他们能够温饱。

厨房暖汤。的确达到了他们的目标。

不仅暖了顾客的胃，更暖了他们的心。

真是不虚此行，让我体会了我从来不曾体会过的,发觉了我从来不曾留意过的事。

这世上有许多比我们不幸的人，遇到困难时，我们有什么资格埋怨呢？

今天练琴时，被电视机所传来的琴声深深吸引住。

那样的声音，太动听了。

他，Kevin Kern，

 1岁半开始接触钢琴；8岁开始写歌；11岁开始组乐团；14岁已受聘演奏。

他，天生弱视，视力就像个半盲人一样。

但凭着毅力，他成功征服了钢琴，

弹奏出扣人心弦的首首歌曲。

听着听着，真是超感动的。

当他演奏完毕后，

我把琴盖关上。

余音绕梁，

何时才能像他一样，

那么成功呢？

after ice-breaking session (I really mean ICE BREAKING xD) and the activities planned by Taylor's.
We, were on the way to Broga (Y)
the song "Hand-in-Hand" was repeated tons of times during our journey.

Amazing Race !
we ate a super big sandwich that was made by yinjun before we started the race.
but hen hao chi lar, thanks yinjun (;

okay, yi lai jiu maths quest liao.
we were stucked at that quest for almost an hour .__.
luckily zhiqi saved us lar (Y)
he told us that the quest got prob x)
bu ran we will continue stare at that quest and wait die ;p
we got 3 maths genius in our group, bu ke neng solve bu dao de mar shi bu shi x)

and then yeah, coz of that first clue we got abit patah semangat liao.
but nevermind, our group leader mmg got semangat de mar.
after that we were singing during the whole race.
waka-waka. twinkle twinkle lil star. prefect song. and whatever songs that pop up in our mind.
dont mind us, we are awesome like that (Y)
although we din manage to finish the race,
bu guo, still enjoyed the fun lar (:

whee~ drama time !
with the theme "sincerity", characters snow white and barney, theme song waka waka and a piece of leaf as prop.
we, the popiah group did a real short drama.
and, first time being a narrator (Y)
hen kai xin coz no need to act xD

yeah right, just be yourselves, let them surprise ! (:

all groups were awesome :D
but all dunno why hor, those guys all gay der xD
and then sure got say dao 'very flat' and some 'PG 18' stuffs x))
but as long as we enjoyed it, we laughed and cheered like mad,
who cares? (;

third day !
we slept around 1 am the last night and have to wake around 5 am the next day ><
we were otw to Broga Hills (Y)
climbing up the hill in almost pitch black darkness with 126 prefects were cool :D
however, the day turns brighter after awhile.
and the next thing we realized was we were already on the top of the hill (Y)
the scenery was really breathtaking.
actually it's not the place that matters, it's who we are with that matters (:
with a bunch of crazy prefects, everything is worth it :D

later, we went to the so call 猴子山 and form 4 prefects were crazy taking photos.
we took photos in every corner of the temple like mad people xD

and, out last stop.
awesome lunch (Y)
at that moment, form 4's had already got out of control.
we yelled, we cheered and do whatever we can to scream out our lungs.
really, that kind of feeling, when this is the last year you are participating in prefect camp as a camper.

of course, girls talk :p
about the same stupid matter again x)

our journey ends.
and we were back to ESSO,

武术。营

OUR GROUP PHOTO (Y)

过了非常充实的3天2夜武术营 !
首先非常感谢教练和一班comittees费尽心思筹划这个camp。
真的，非常好玩。
是我玩的最疯狂的camp ;p

"这是我参加过的camp里面，人最少，不过最爽的一次。"
我在分享会是这样说过。
i mean it (:

这次所玩的游戏都很创新。
他们说过，
不想让我们玩曾经玩过的游戏 (;
简单但有意思。

在这个营里面，有很多新体验。

第一次试过在camp的时候，玩游戏玩到下大雨都不停止。
反而玩得更尽兴。

第一次练武术练到凌晨1点多。
但是却越练越有成就感 (:

第一次好不容易在1点多睡着了。
3点多又被人吵醒。
在超级迷糊的情况之下，
被人泼了整桶冷水，
全身发抖地玩水。
真的是water surprise x)

在这个武术营里，
与不同年龄阶层、不同背景，甚至于不同州的人相处了3天。
我觉得我自己，
成长了。 (:

学会了如何带那些小孩子。
学会怎样‘应付’他们。
学会勇敢一些。
还学会了一些很重要的东西 (:
放手。

it was a fun and relaxing trip ;D

the best moment I had there is cycling (:
it is a long time since I last cycle.
